ViaSat: An image of deception (Pt: 2)

We withheld writing this article, pending a response from the internet company, ViaSat. Well, after waiting, we did finally get that response. However, the response isn’t what you would expect from a company, who is being accused of deceptive business tactics. These tactics include “accidently” placing people into contracts without their knowledge, misrepresentation of their services, and overall misrepresentation of their return policy. This is isn’t close the complete list of problems with ViaSat. On the BBB, the internet provider has a rating of 1.04 out of 5, this is extremely low.

Since the time of our last article, we received documentation from one of their, now former, customers. This customer accuses the company of placing him into a contract that he knew nothing about. In fact, he stated to the WoC team, that he had made it clear that he did not wish to be under contract. To this, the company had him pay a fee. It was only when he attempted to terminate service that he learned of the contract. As a result, he was forced to deactivate his debit card. But this individual didn’t stop there. He went as far as to send us email discussions with the internet provider, along with their replies. With permission, we are quoting them below.

I’m not worried about “keeping the equipment.” What I’m concerned about is the fact that your company lied to me when I initially setup the account, about the contract. I specifically stated, prior to setting up, that I did not want to be under contract, something I was assured would not happen by paying that fee. For me to be placed into a contract, under a false pretense is not only illegal, but nullifies the contract, something to which I am willing to go into litigation about. This situation, I assure you, has lost my business, A complaint with the FCC due to the fact that deceptive tactics were used against me, and from what I’m finding, I’m not the first to go through this. This is where we stand, we either need to resolve this contract situation, I return the equipment, and we both move forward, or this can escalate and we end up in a courtroom. I’m not negotiating this, what was done to me was deceptive and unethical.

The above is the second email sent to the provider, who seemed to be under the impression that the individual wanted to keep the equipment. In the email, this was quickly cleared up. But this isn’t where the interesting part is. To find that, we have to look at their response. We have taken the courtesy of highlighting a very important part of their response, something they may not have realized at the time of sending.

Thanks for reaching out to us, I apologize for the delayed response.

The Lifetime Equipment Lease Fee does not purchase the Viasat equipment, and it does not void the 24 month agreement.  All it does is prepay the lease fee for the first 24 months of service, and guarantee that the lease fee will not be charged for the life of the account.  The equipment is still expected to be returned when the service is discontinued.  As the equipment is designed to work with Viasat only, is attached to your account when activated and cannot be used on another account, there isn’t much reason to keep the equipment in any event.

If your intention was to have a service with no contract, that the lifetime lease fee was selected instead of the no contract option was likely a mistake at the time of sale.  Unfortunately, as the company that sold and built the account are a licensed dealership, we don’t have access to any call recordings.

Thank you for choosing Viasat as your internet provider.  We appreciate your business.

Sincerely,

Social Media Specialist

As mentioned, they had accidently given this customer a bit more than they intended. In their email, they outright state, “If your intention was to have a service with no contract, that the lifetime lease fee was selected instead of the no contract option was likely a mistake at the time of sale.

What makes this so interesting? To put this into simple terms: the company acknowledges that a mistake was very plausible. But does this obligate the customer to the contract? No. In fact, it would void out the contract, therefore whatever ETF charge they applied to this specific individual, should had been equally nullified. But it wasn’t. Instead, they attempted to enforce this illegal contract and then abruptly terminated contact with the customer. Meanwhile, on various review sites, ViaSat’s image continues to plummet toward the ground.

So what about that response? We’ve shared one customer’s experience with ViaSat but we haven’t discussed the response. We went to ViaSat’s Facebook page, where we brought the various accusations to their attention, expecting to get a response. Today, they did give us a response. I was abruptly blocked from their page. Being that many of the accusations are criminal, I won’t lie and say that I’m surprised by this. The best hope the company has is to block anybody who brings this to their attention. This move doesn’t come without risk. In blocking, some may take this as an admission of guilt. Some may think that the company is trying to cover up their fraudulent acts, but I believe they are trying to deny responsibility to the many people they have defrauded.

Though ViaSat may try to hide this from the Facebook, and other social media communities, they cannot hide their “F” rating with the “BBB.” Furthermore, they can’t stop the complaints, which are rolling in by the day. Them blocking me for asking simple questions only showed me that I, and my platform, are a threat to them. Given the large quantities of fraud, misrepresentation, lack of service complaints, and poor customer service, I think I live with being a thorn in their corporate side.

Oklahoma mechanic threatens former customer

When you hire somebody to do a job, it goes to say that you hold the expectation that it will be done correctly. But, when that job ends up being a complete flop, they should expect a bad review online. For mechanic, Jonathan Barden, of “JR automotive,” that was exactly what happened.

The post that initiated the threat reads as follows:

Warning!! DO NOT use this mechanic if you want to keep your car running!! Jonathan Barden.
Apologize it’s so long.
This was his 2nd job hired to do for me, and only hired a 2nd time because it should of been an easy fix, all I needed was a Cam Shaft Sensor, he was hired Monday, pulled 2 codes for a cam shaft sensor and that was my only issue, my car was turning over but not starting and had absolutely no leaks. He gets the sensor new from AutoZone that night, he yanks my old sensor out so hard the small silver cap on the end stayed inside, he took my passenger side engine apart to get to it, including my timing chain cover, he then dropped the cap in my oil pan, dropped my oil pan to get the cap and drained my oil. Had me buy 6 qts of oil, even though the cap would of never been stuck if he had removed the correct parts to have enough room instead of removing my timing chain cover to expose my oil pan in the 1st place. Took my engine apart until 3:30 in the morning, left everything torn apart and trashed and didn’t show back up until Wednesday evening at 6 p.m.. There were bolts in every single wrong spot and some not even put in. He got frustrated after not being able to put the serpentine belt back on Wednesday night and quit. He claims he pointed out to my husband that the timing cover had a “hole” when he took it apart, no he didn’t. And its not a hole its a huge crack and if the crack was present prior to his work then oil leak would have been my problem, my oil and engine were great I only needed a dang cam shaft sensor and now my car isn’t drivable until I get a new timing cover because I can’t hold oil. He put the 5 qts in and left 1 sitting outside and never told me the 5 qts leaked out, the oil spills out immediately when you pour it in, he finished putting the 5 qts in around 9 but was here until 2 a.m. on Wednesday! He spent 5 hours trying to hide the crack and seal it. He was very hostile and irate, he screamed and cussed for hours, “fk this job, I’m about to walk off this fking job, Don’t ever fking call me again, and much more. These are words for words. At this point we just wanted him and his wife to leave and not touch our car anymore. It didn’t help that he would talk to his wife the same way when he couldn’t get something to fit or he dropped a wrench he’d scream and cuss at her also. We paid $45 for the diagnostic, $111 for our part new from AutoZone (never given a receipt.), $5 gas to get the part, $41 for oil and $5 gas to get the oil, and $200 for the work. He quoted $250 but since he refused to finish the belt and mounts that night and we didn’t want them back at our home we paid $200 minus the unfinished work, if we known the damage caused and oil wasted we wouldn’t of paid a dime! Next morning me and my husband get the belt on and get less than half a mile down the road to discover we have not a drop of oil and when we put 1 qt in it immediately flowed out, hired next mechanic and he immediately found the crack in the timing cover. Never had a oil leak before now, I just want some ownership of responsibility and atleast partial refund. He supposedly warranties his work with new parts but didn’t even want to finish the job. I’m out $286 to have my car worse than it was to start. Down to using his customers phone to call his wife about taking to long at McDonalds and calling her a “dumb fking whe fk you” and a few more things of that nature. He’ll destroy your car and trash your property (I had to clean up after him and his wife way more than tolerable.) In the text he only keeps saying “I told you it had a hole”, “I pointed this out” . No he didn’t, not once, but the fact remains if the crack existed prior to him we would have already had a oil leak, but now there’s a crack large enough to hold no oil and somehow that was suppose to already be there? Just accept facts and own up to your work and make this right!!! (Last screenshots, apparently its not his 1st time to leave a car torn apart and doesn’t finish.)

While most businesses, or self employed individuals, take it with grace, Jonathan decided to go a different route with it. Threatening the reviewer, he demands the Facebook post to be taken down, while threatening to have somebody show up at the poster’s home. While the business owner doesn’t specify bodily harm, given the nature of the overall message, it is strongly implied.

Upon sharing the threat, many people commented, encouraging the poster to take it to the police; it is unknown if this has happened. However, the poster had made it clear, in a response to the threat, that she intended to seek litigations against the man.

The threat sent to a former customer regarding a Facebook post.

The James Saroka case

My years of journalism has brought me across many vile people. With these people, I believed that I had seen the worst of society, as I have learned, I would be proven wrong. Our team stumbled upon James (Jim) Saroka by mere circumstance. While many have already begun investigating into this man, we conducted our own investigation. The results, thus far, are condensed within this article. I have also began collecting evidence in hopes of criminal charges being filed on Saroka.

Operating scams, lewd acts with minors, physical and emotional abuse are just a few of the accusations Saroka has against him. As with anybody accused of such things, we began the process of compiling information. We first researched his organization, “Feetpeace,” his Youtube estimated income, and evidence to support the lewd accusations. The internet has not failed to provide.

Abuse accusations

Several Youtubers have covered this, and other subjects already. The videos that captured my attention, were made by two individuals known as “Digital Goon” and “Repzion.” The videos show various uploads from Saroka which outline the abuse. They can be found here and here. The videos outline, in depth, the abusive nature of Saroka.

Within his many uploads, Saroka admits to physically abusing his girlfriend, Kaitlyn. While this is an arrestable offense, the abuse doesn’t end there. In multiple videos, he berates, degrades, emotionally abuses, and uses many other forms of manipulation tactics on her. While discussing these things in his various videos, not only is he proud of his actions, he appears to be proud of the attention he gets from it. Below, we have included financial stats from his Youtube channel.

The abuse isn’t just toward his girlfriend, however. There have been reports of Saroka sending lewd videos to children. In one video, allegedly sent to a girl around the age of 12-14, he is accused to have been masturbating. While this video has not been found, or confirmed, edited photos have begun to circulate the Twitter feed. One such image is below.

Provided to us by an anonymous source, this is allegedly what was sent to a child.

With the image above, a source sent us an offical statement. That statement reads as follows:

“He was a part of our youth group (bc he used to believe in God but now I’m pretty sure he believes he is God?) (ALSO I knew him bc he was one of my friends cousins) but anyway, we tried to include him in our group and such, he was a little off but never as crazy as he is now. I studied psychology in college and my theory is that he always had some type of underlying bipolar disorder, but that typically doesn’t come out until your late teens early 20’s BESIDES THE POINT. BUT he took a liking to my best friend and we were all just trying to be friends with him. I don’t remember how it got to this point but he ended up sending her a voicemail poem but it was very creepy, and it ended with us waking up dead. He said he was going to kill us all. Obviously as young teenage girls, we were freaked out so since it wasn’t something that we could go to the cops with (so we thought) bc it wasn’t actual assault, we called our pastor since this POS was acting like the actual devil. The pastor contacts him and invited him to meet up just to talk to him (since he also has a background in Psych) and just to see where his head is at and if any other actions needed to be taken. When they met up, they were talking and everything was fine and James just freaked out and attacked him. Started choking him and stuff. So of course he called the police and filed a restraining order.”

Feetpeace and scams

As if abusing his girlfriend wasn’t bad enough, the criminal activity doesn’t end there. Over the years, Saroka has made a profitable career of operating scams. The scams, which often are operated by his organization, “feetpeace international,” are directed toward helping other people. What we have learned is, at no point, has the people ever recieved any money from him. So where the money go?

Saroka often creates “donation campaigns.” Through sites, such as GoFundMe, he raises money for people in need. However, the money is actually going to James Saroka, not the targeted individual. Because his campaigns are so questionable, we began looking into the organization itself.

Using several governments sites, we ran a nationwide search for “feetpeace” and “feetpeace international.” The results came back with a message stating that no such organization could be found. This means that his organization does not exist legally. With this information, we as a platform, recognize his organization as another one of his scams.

The search results from the IRS.gov site.

For many, these scams have not gone unnoticed. We found reports, on a variety of sites, that discuss Saroka, his organization, and his scams. One site, picutred below, had reports going back to 2017. This only furthered our questions as to why he has yet to be criminally charged. While assaulting his girlfriend would most likely not be a felony, these scams would be.

One of his victims, Josh (42,) was scammed out of $60+ thousand. As he paid off Saroka’s debt, while raising his own, it was clear that this vulnerable man was paying with his health. When comparing two photos of Josh, it is apparant that after meeting Saroka, he had sacrificed food for himself.

Currently, we have reached out to Sugarloaf police department for comment. Though to date, we have not recieved a statement, we remain hopeful of obtaining one. In our inquery, we asked them about the fact no charges have ever been filed against Saroka. Should we get a response, this paragraph will be edited to reflect that.

In my years of journalism, I have come across a variety of predators and abusers. While all of them are vile, none compare to the level in which James Saroka has obtained. This man exceeds anything I have ever seen from any predator before, preying on people in multiple ways. Worst yet, this article only covered a fraction of what this pitiful excuse for a man has done. We plan to stay on this, working to get legal action taken against Saroka. Until that time, this article is the best we can do.

Recently, the ‘Director of sales and Marketing,’ Lindsay Catherine Lorence, recieved backlash after posting, “We’ve got all the essentials! Stop by Treasure Point or hit me up! 206 Marine Drive, Anderson. 765.643.5822.” The backlash stems after it was discovered that she, acting on behalf of her business, ‘Treasure Point,’ had apparantly bought out available supplies at other local retailers before allegedly price gouging the items for resell.

The post, which amounted to a lot of controversy, shows that the small business may have been hoarding the items.

The above shown items bring even more question due to the fact the store is listed as being a ‘car stereo’ and ‘motorsports’ retailer. However, predatorial business practices, post the SARS-CoVID-2, outbreak, aren’t unheard of.

Recently, there was public outcry when a Tennesse resident began stockpiling supplies for resell on Amazon. In the end, he was forced to donate the items, currently faces charges for price gouging, and had his items removed from the site.

When looking at ‘Treasure Point’s’ previous images, we found no indication that the store, prior to the outbreak, ever carried the items they are now accused of gouging. For this reason, and due to the outcry, we reached out to the store for comment. Currently, we have gotten no response.

Sadly, unethical practices such as this are becoming all to common. For Indiana residents, the state to which this store is located, a consumer complaint can be filed with the following telephone numbers: 1.800.382.5516 or 317.232.6330. Alternatively, an online complaint can be made here.

Vincent Nicotra: Doxxing

Earlier this year, people witnessed the moment journalist, Chris Hansen, terminated his web designer, Vincent Nicotra. The termination was a result of countless unethical behaviors that ranged from false DMCA claims to doxxing. While you would think the lesson would had been clear, it appears that Nicotra is back to doxxing.

Nicotra implying that she was doxxed. Being that he posted this, implies he had it done, or did it himself.

Doxxing

Doxxing is a common method for obtaining personal information about a targeted individual. If used to harass the target, doxxing can be classified as a form of stalking, one of many reasons it is illegal. Illegal doxxing is the method of obtaining personal information and posting it online with malicious intent, exactly what Vincent has a history of doing.

Due to the nature and legalities of doxxing, social media sites have options for reporting this behavior. Twitters’, for instance, can be found here. Beyond going to social media, a victim can report these crimes to agencies such as the FBI. Information on this can be found here.

With each dox Vincent continues on innocent people, it is obvious that he either doesn’t care about the legal effects or is completely oblivious to them. The facts are simple, in a case such as this:

  • What Vincent is doing is illegal.
  • His doxxing can be classified as stalking, especially since he has doxxed some people several times.
  • Vincent can go to prison for these crimes.
  • Being that most of his victims are spread throughout several states, he could face felony charges.

While it is unlikely that Vincent will ever stop without legal involvement, we still issue this article as a warning to him. Furthermore, we present this article with the hopes that his victims are able to get the justice they deserve.

Vincent Nicotra: gallery

It is, without say, that articles go along way. However, evidence goes even further. We have decided to make another gallery, documenting Nicotra’s unethical, and potentially illegal, behaviors. This, like the Onision gallery, will be updated as needed.

UPDATE: We would like to thank everybody who has posted images. It is through this, we were/are able to collect evidence in the hopes it will finally bring justice to those targeted by Vincent Nicotra.

Updates

Yeah, we know…this didn’t take long. However, when running around in the cyber world, we found this little gem.
An apology given by Nicotra, at some point. This, as to date, is the only time he has taken accountability.

The Nicotra scheme

Introduction

Former “web designer,” Vincent Nicotra, has been the target of various unethical and even illegal activities. While we had been following this, mildly, that has since changed. If you haven’t been following the Nicotra situation, let’s get you caught up.

Vincent, of “Ven interactive Media“, was originally in charge of websites for journalist, Chris Hansen. Nicotra recently was given the public spotlight when he filed multiple false DMCA claims against various Youtubers. However, his criminal, and unethical, activities didn’t stop there.

Doxxing Claims

Even prior to Nicotra’s termination from Hansen, there have been accusations in regards to doxxing. While we normally don’t discuss hearsay, there are multiple individuals making this claim. Oxford defines doxxing as, the “search for and publishment of private or identifying information about (a particular individual) on the Internet, typically with malicious intent.”

While doxxing is illegal, it is often hard to get an actual conviction. In many cases, it’s simply to difficult to establish who the doxxer actually is. However, that’s if the doxxer plays it smart, something Vincent has clearly failed to do. While he has been exposed by his victims, and countless others, it appears to have no effect on Vincent’s behavior.

DMCA claims

Alongside the doxxing accusations, Nicotra is also accused of filing false DMCA claims. Baked Salmon and Wes Moast, being a constant target of such claims. Recently Baked Salmon even had his channel shutdown as a result of Vincent’s false DMCA reports. While the channel has since been restored, this doesn’t change the malicious intent behind Vincent’s actions.

Baked Salmon is an individual who has a history of being critical of Hansen and Nicotra. It is possible that the subjects within the video is what lead Nicotra’s actions. Even if this were to be true, it doean’t make the action any less illegal. While Hansen has, in recent times, apologized for the false DMCA claims, Nicotra has only continued to make the false reports. So what exactly is DMCA?

A DMCA (Digital Millennium Copyright Act) claim is intended to prevent copyright infringement. However, Vincent has apparantly forgotten that. In filing a DMCA claim, Vincent is claiming property ownership of the videos posted. The problem, however, is upon watching the videos targeted, it’s obvious that the claim is false. What Nicotra may not be aware of is section 512(f) of the DMCA. Section 512(f) of the DMCA act places legal liability on any person who willfully, and knowingly, files a false claim; remember, a DMCA claim is a legally binding document and can be used in court.

The computer and the FBI

One tidbit that has been circulating Twitter, in regards of Nicotra, is the infamous computer. A victim of Onision had apparantly sent a computer, containing evidence against Onision, to Vincent. Upon recieving the computer, it was supposed to be forwarded to the FBI. Sounds like a great plan, right? The problem is, and recently confirmed by Chris Hansen himself, is Vincent never actually sent it. Instead, after months of holding it, he sent it back to the victim. By doing this, it raises questions as to rather or not Nicotra was purposefully trying to derail the Onision investigation. In the end, we may never know the real reason as to why he did this.

Conclusion

Regardless of how you speak out, if it’s against Nicotra, you can ensure that problems will occur. Upon being terminated, the website, “Hansen vs. Predators,” was essentially taken hostage by Nicotra. Since the time of this event, the website has been put up for auction. Various other individuals, who have spoken against Nicotra, were met with insults, DMCA claims, and even the loss of their channels.

Nicotra, appears to be trying to salvage his reputation while destroying it. Filled with many allegations, some being sexual harassment, to which we haven’t even begun to cover, it leads us to ask, “why doesn’t he simply stop?” As with most things, this is a question to which we may never get an answer. In the meantime, the people he has targeted have waged an all-out virtual war against this apparent abuser.

Cyber terrorist smear campaign

We recently did a brief review of a man named John Anderson. John Anderson is a self proclaimed “pedo hunter,” a man claiming to expose pedophiles. However, it appears he does a bit more than that. When not getting his way, he begins to slander the reputations of his targets. Sound a bit familiar? It should as I myself had a similar situation in 2017.

Currently, Anderson is facing charges for making threats against multiple people online, namely death threats. In a video, posted in 2018, Anderson lists off people that he intended to kill for various reasons. Though he claims the arrest was a way to expose pedophiles, it sheds light onto his mental instability.

As I said, this is a very familiar smear campaign. We looked into the accusations made. The only portion that could be confirmed, is in regards to John Aster. Upon research, we found that there is, in fact, a John Aster on the Australian registry. However, how Meko would be “endorsing” Aster has yet to be seen; it seems to be nothing more tha a slander claim.

We made a post regarding Anderson on the WoC page. It didn’t take long for us to figure out how these people operate. Essentially, if you say anything against him, you are supporting, or endorsing, a pedophile. Below is a photo demonstrating this.

As with Meko of “The Daily Haze,” we are also accused of promoting John Aster. Keep in mind that we had no knowledge of who John Aster was, muchless ever speak to him. Because we had no clue as to who Aster was, we challenged the claim…no response was ever given.

As I said, Anderson is facing charges for making countless threats to people online… A lot of people, might I add. Anderson, is clearly unstable, as shown in a suicide video.

In this video, Anderson had apparantly called the police due to him wanting to commit suicide. When they show up, however, rather than talking to them, he goes on the offensive and begans to attack the police. At this point, we essentially ruled the video as attention whoring. It was very obvious that he had no intention of actually performing the act, he just wanted the police to show up.

So why are they attacking a journalist? From what we can tell, Anderson’s wife attempted to make contact with Meko some months back, Meko never responded. Our guess is this agitated them until they finally decided to go on the attack, of course this is a guess.

The pedophile claim requires no evidence and yet is still lethal. Once such a claim is made, it generally destroys a person’s reputation, even if it’s false. However, Anderson has more than enough dirt to discredit him, especially the video to which he threatens the lives of multiple people. While he tries to smear a creditable journalist, I fully believe it will be him who will lose.

While I write this, there are sites that appear to be gathering evidence against Anderson. It seems their intent is to pursue criminal charges for his various cyber terroristic threats. Given what we have seen thus far, we wish these sites the best of luck.

Sorry: 501c3 not found.

DISCLAIMER:

We have been hearing a lot of interesting things about a Francesca Amato. Now, before we really dig into this, I must say that nobody with WoC has ever heard of this woman prior to this article. All information provided is purely based on our observations, findings, and creditable source information. All source information was given anonymously. Their names will not be provided in this article, in email, or private messaging.

OBJECTIVE I

When we began this article, we were actually looking into P4P’s North Carolina chapter leader, Danielle Hatcher. We had heard rumors of corruption within the “501c3” and decided it was something worth looking into. Upon looking into Hatcher, we had stumbled across an image posted to Social Media. That image is below.

We found this to be rather interesting. Although we don’t know why she is currently in jail, a disturbing rumor has circulated regarding the advocate. The rumor states as follows:

At some point, while in jail, Ms. Hatcher took it upon herself to use feces as a method for “finger painting.”

As we stated, this is a rumor and is currently not proven. However, it was this rumor that lead us to look a little bit deeper. What is this organization that she helps manage?

OBJECTIVE II

We did a 501c3 check on P4P. The reason for this was because, according to the organization’s website, they had a 501c3 status. Well, we looked and we found nothing called, “Punished for Protecting,” “Punished for Parenting,” “Punished 4 Protecting,” or “Punished for Parenting.” To put this blatently, as far as we can tell, this 501c3 does not exist; but don’t they claim to be one?

Yes, yes they do.

We gave them a benefit of a doubt. Maybe they meant charity rather than 501c3. We conducted an identical search with the same results.

So if they aren’t found on New York’s list of charities or 501c3 organizations, what exactly are they? Well, I don’t think we need to state it but we know you can compose the conclusion. Since we couldn’t find it on any list, we decided to look into the founder.

OBJECTIVE III

Francesca Amato is the woman behind this “organization.” According to a Facebook page (depicted below,) she is running for NY governor. Well, we already found one issue, so we looked into that as well. What we found was equally as disturbing as the previous findings; there were no obtainable records that she is, or has, ever ran for a political position…and yet she makes the claim.

To be a politician, that means you have to actually be running, or are currently in office. When we checked into this, as previously mentioned, there were no obtainable records. The reason these records are unobtainable is purely because they do not exist.

But, as we also stated, she claims to be actively running. Now, we could point out other problems on this page, such as her using a gmail account rather than an actual account linked to her “political” website, but we decided to just briefly mention the one issue.

CONCLUSION

Based upon what we had seen and the evidence, as it stands. We are presently at the conclusion that her, the organization, and its leaders, are scamming desperate people out of their money. But, as it always stands within the WoC policy, should we find evidence that contradicts this information, we will happily revise this article.

Sources have, on seperate occasions, told us who she associates with. In fact, we have articles on several of them for corruption, etc. Currently, the only supporting evidence we have, is a video that Ms. Amato herself did.
