Officers are expected to uphold a high ethical code. However, time and time again, we are seeing the exact opposite occur. For a young woman, an officer illegally obtaining her private information could had potentially turned terrifying. In this article, we are going to provide what information is currently available. As more information is released, we will provide the appropriate updates.
The young woman, who we will keep anonymous at this time, found herself being followed by a black F-150 yesterday. Rather or not she was speeding remains unknown, though jokes were made to that nature. What is known is this: the occupant of this pickup was off duty officer, Glenn Goss Jr. of the Rossford police department, located in Ohio. As he followed the woman, he wrote down her license plate number, conducted an illegal search to obtain her personal information, and then proceeded to flirt, or more accurately, sexually harass her on Facebook.
As a result of this misconduct, the woman filed a complaint with the department. Although they claim an internal investigation will begin today, there has been nothing to confirm this. While most may think this to be a small ordeal, in reality it’s far from it. By tracing her license plate number, there is an abundance of personal information this officer could get.
Through that simple trace, he would be able to get her full name, previous convictions, her address, and possibly other personal details. Being that the officer was off duty, had no probable cause, or a warrant to conduct a search of this nature, a new situation arises for the department. This new situation could mean a lot of court, time, and money being spent, as well as awarded.
Under the law, we are granted the right to privacy. The moment this officer illegally ran her plate, he violated this fundamental civil right. Furthermore, he very well could have just gotten both, the department and himself sued in the near future. While, in most cases, departments will deny that the officer did anything wrong, this department won’t have such luxuries. During his unwanted communication with the young woman, he blatently explains how he was able to find her on Facebook. Because this is an open investigation, we currently don’t have much information on this case. We will, however, try to update this article when possible. Until then, we are including his discussion with the young woman below.
The controversial images have been omitted, only leaving a notation for their location. Below, is the entire chat, up to the point Maya sent the third image. You will notice my lack of response, though I was reading these messages as she sent them. This gallery is to prove, once and for all, that Maya herself ilhas sent the very images she tried to file a CP report on.
Maya sends alleged CP image. After calling me disgusting, as if I had requested the images, she resends the initial image. Note that I had not responded to any of her DM’s.Because Maya had to be the one who released the initial document, she would be incorrect. She was not doxxed as she made it public the moment she sent it online. Not going to lie, I actually began tuning her out at this point. I had work to do and her constant bombardment of messages was getting old.Again, without me asking, or even responding to her, she sends me image number 3. She then refers to my article as Bullshit, while making herself appear to be mentally unstable.
As I have stated, Maya sent my platform three images that she herself alleged to be CP. This means that she most likely filed a false report against the 16yo who she also alleges doxxed her when he released one of the images.
Skai Jackson is an 18-year-old actress and is best known for her work on the Disney Channel. Recently, Skai has been using her platform to expose racists, some of them being teens. This has garnered so much attention (both positive and negative) that Rowan University in New Jersey said that they would look into their students who post racist behavior online.
Recently, Skai recieved a twelve hour ban from Twitter due to reports claiming that she was harassing and doxxing teens. While Skai does give out screenshots on social media, as well as clips, of what they’ve said on TikTok, she has stated that she will never give out a person’s adddress. On June 5th she tweeted,
“Also, please don’t send me anyone’s address. I won’t be posting that.. these people have said horrible things but posting someone’s full address is going a little too far. Let’s hope they all live and learn from this situation and educate themselves.”
Some people have also given her the incorrect usernames in regards to outing racists. Skai addressed this on June 6th saying, “If you are sending me someone’s username PLEASE be sure you have it 100% correct. It’s not cool to blame someone for something they didn’t do.”
When it comes to outing racists, Skai made this statement on Instagram regarding why she’s begun doing so:
“During this sensitive time, I’ve seen some horrific statements and social media videos made by Caucasian teens/young adults. Let me say this: If I see you post it, I WILL expose you!! If you think you’re big and bad enough to say it, I will most definitely put your own words on blast!! Don’t reach out to my team of bullying and causing you pain! How do you think your words affect my people?! Your privilege won’t get you out of this one. So no!! I will not take it down! Next time, think about what you say! I will never condone racist remarks/ quotes/slander. You’re the real bullies! You’re victimizers, not the victims! Go boo hoo somewhere else!” #BlackLivesMatter
As someone who uses many social media platforms, including TikTok, I have personally noticed a horrible problem with racists on the platform, and so have many others. Yesterday, I made a video to raise awareness about a teen from Georgia, who had a suspicious death, named Kendrick Johnson. Not only have I been shocked at some of the comments denying that this never happened (I always tell them that this is real), but one person actually wrote, “Good. One less black.” I was about to report him, but TikTok had already removed both his comment and his account.
Also, Skai isn’t the only one doing this. Other people have posted videos from TikTok outing teens and their racist comments. But, there are people who have taken it too far. Again, this hasn’t happened only when it comes to Skai. People have been doxxing racist teens before Skai started doing this.
From what I’ve gathered, Skai is reposting what teens and young adults have willfully put online. I haven’t seen her give out anything but usernames. Which again, she addressed the problem of being sent the wrong username. It’s not doxxing if you yourself put the content out there.
So, while Skai hasn’t been the only one doing this, other people have been doing it for awhile. Skai is very well known, so with that, comes both more positive and negative attention. She has many people backing and defending her. There’s also several others who have accused her of being a “cyberbully” stating that she shouldn’t be targeting teens.
The issue I keep coming back to is that people have been doing this before her and no one batted an eye. But now that a celebrity is doing it, suddenly it’s a whole different ballgame. Could that be because even more eyes are on the teens and young adults who make these racist comments and thus get more attention for their hate speech, which unfortunately, leads to potential doxxing?
Should all the negative attention be put on Skai instead of everyone who has been doing this, or should we learn to face the reality that there are a lot more people than we realized who are openly racist and that it’s a lot more common, and tolerated, than we realized?
In recent months, an image of Youtubers’ Daniel Sulzbach (Repzion,) girlfriend, Maya Moore, began to circulate. Since its release, the image has become a focal point to massive controversy. According to both, the Youtuber, and his girlfriend, the image in question was taken illegally. That’s just part of the fiasco circulating the image. They also claim the image to be child pornography. That is the second reason I decided to write this article.
Our previous article had very clearly gotten Maya’s attention. In fact, it enraged her to the point of making direct contact with me on Twitter. During this verbal assault, Maya made a point to send this image to me, all while I remained unresponsive. Unfortunantly, she didn’t just send the image once. Upon sending the image, she sent a message saying, “you are fucking disgusting,” and then proceeded to send the image a second time; shortly after, she made a point of sending another image which appeared to be from the same video.
After this, I made the choice to inform her that our article would not be taken down. However, I still had this potential evidence that Maya herself just sent my platform child porn. Upon conducting research, I had found which police department Maya had filed a report claim, citing these images as child porn; I gave them a call hoping to discuss the fact that she had just sent my platform the images.
Although I explained the reason for my call, I have yet to get a call back. Why wouldn’t they call an individual, who is reporting the distribution of potential CP, back? There are two potential reasons I see for this, though they make Auburn PD look bad.
The first theory dives into the original report filed by Maya and Repzion. In this theory, it’s possible that the police did not take the report seriously. Of course, this raises even more questions regarding the department as a whole. One would think this would be a serious accusation, after all, it is a felony for a reason. Of course, there is theory number two, which still makes the department look bad.
Repzion, in at least one known instance, made a claim that he is on the departments’ “no swatting” list. During my investigation I found that the department did, in fact, have a registry. While this could be a good thing, it also brings the question of rather or not Repzion is being protected. If the department had falsely presumed my call to be a swatting attempt, they would simply shrug it off. This means that no investigation would be started, no call back, and Maya got off free for sending an image that she claimed to be CP.
The image being sent raises many red flags. Because she sent it to my platform, after calling it “child porn,” it leads me to believe that she lied. If this is the case, that means she knowingly filed a false police report simply to cover her actions. It also means that they have willfully slandered and defaced the reputation amd image of a 16yo child. In the worst case scenerio, the images sent to my platform are CP. This still is a terrifying situation.
If the image is truly CP, it means that Maya, who is now an adult, is distributing sexual images of a minor, a felony if convicted. Although the image is of her, in the court system, that will not matter; CP is CP regardless of who sends it. Worst of all, it demonstrates how lazy that department is, when faced with serious allegations. Regardless of this, I have contemplated on a question of my own, being that she sent me these images, unprovoked and unwanted, how am I the disgusting one? A question I will most likely never have an answer for.
Recently, I wrote an article regarding the girlfriend of the well known Youtuber, Repzion. In the short time, since its release, more details have arisen. This article is going to dive into the details, not mentioned previously. Though I may get hate for this article, the truth is the truth and it will be told.
Doxxing revisited
In the previous article, we discussed the doxxing of a 16yo minor. Though this is a very serious ordeal, the doxxing wasn’t the end. Since the time of the initial dox, we have been able to make contact with this young man. He, alongside multiple sources, have confirmed the brutal torment endured as a result of the information leak. The police being repeatedly called, false pizza orders to his home, and even death threats are just some of the things these “grown” adults have put this child through. It gets worst: he isn’t the only one to have been doxxed.
Another alleged victim, who we will identify as Jane, was also a victim. The reason for her dox? She was accused of releasing photographs of “Repzion’s” deceased grandfather. Though I have not been able to locate this young woman, I did find a conversation to which swatting her was discussed. I will include the image below.
The most disturbing image I came across, confirmed our victim, Jane, had been doxxed. In the post, Repzion is tagged. The question simply asks rather or not it’s her address. We have included a blurred version of this photograph. Upon asking the question, the poster goes onto thank Maya for the victim’s full name.
A tweet, which not only contains doxxed information, but also implicates Maya’s involvement.
So what is “swatting?” Swatting is the act of making a false police report, generally of a violent nature. The intent is to get the police to initiate their SWAT unit. Once this happens, the unit will force entry into the victims’ home, only to find the call to be bogus. Meanwhile, the victim is left emotionally distraught, and cases of PTSD have been reported from this act. With this, I find it disturbing that Maya is apparantly encouraging the act by stating, “I don’t give a fuck if you swat her, you might end up being my friend.” She then goes onto encourage harassment, stalking, and bullying. If you haven’t guessed yet, all of this is illegal.
In another photo, which is shown below, Maya is shown to have released her victims’ work location. In her post, she encourages people to “go crazy.” The phrase, “go crazy,” is extremely vague. However, the intention behind the post is not. At this point, it’s clear to me that this woman is a threat to anybody who crosses her path in the wrong way.
In a tweet, Maya is seen encouraging her followers to ruin a young woman’s life. All of this over a photograph?
While doxxing in itself is not illegal, it can become so based upon intent. In this situation, we have a woman who is encouraging people to harass, stalk, bully, and even attempt to get her victim fired from her place of employment. All of this together goes beyond a simple doxxing case. This now falls into the realm of stalking. Bear in mind, a 16yo minor is going through this very situation as we speak.
Camgirl and rape
Maya has made claims that she was within the age range of 14-17yo when she took a now infamous image. During my further investigation into this, I had found several claims stating that she was a “camgirl” during this time. Doing what any journalist would do, I ask this simple question: why has she not been charged for the distribution and production of child pornography? In the past, we have seen cases to which minors were charged under these very conditions. I had also discovered a contradiction, while investigating this.
I discovered that there was a contradiction in regards to Maya’s age. It seemed as though her age changed depending on the post. For instance, we have the 14-17yo claim. However, I also found a claim to which she states that she was 15yo. Meanwhile, Repzion claims her to have been 16yo. Why is that? Though I have no answers, I do have my theories. However, for now, I will leave you to your own conclusions.
One of the more disturbing statements I found, was that to which discussed rape. In her statement, Maya says, in regards of Jane, “she can get raped and thrown thrown into a ditch and we can post her photo all over the internet to see vile cunt.” I don’t even have to explain why this is disturbing. I can, however state this: if this victim were to get raped, hand an image were to be posted, Maya would have a lot of legal problems befor her. To begin with, she would would automatically be considered a person of interest. In this instance, she maybe considered a suspect due to her statement.
This situation is not one to be taken lightly. It shows that Maya is not above breaking the law, destroying lives, and being exceptionally vicious in doing so. While I have collected a wide variety of evidence, I remain curious about the information we don’t yet know. In the past few days I have seen hate speech, doxxing, stalking behaviors, and the list just seems to grow. If a 16yo child isn’t safe from this woman’s vindictive behavior, I can’t see any possible way that anybody else would be. While I do not know, nor ever spoken to Maya, I believe I have a fairly solid idea as to who she is.

As it turns out, Maya was not a minor when she posted certain images, the same images they allege a 16yo boy had posted. When asked about it, Repzion refers to it as an “error in math.” What this means is he, alongside his girlfriend, knowingly filed a false police report against a child. Regardless of the fact he refrences it to revenge porn, that is not what they told contacted the police about. As he himself publically tweeted, they called the police in regards to the distribution of child pornography. Photos below.
This was an investigation that, due to lack of a better phrase, found us. Prior to a couple of days ago, I was oblivious to a circumstance revolving around the Youtuber, “Repzion” and his girlfriend. However, that changed when his girlfriend, Maya, messaged my team. Due to the messages, I began probing into her.
I found a claim regarding a doxxing event, and from there, I nose-dived into the rabbit hole. Sadly for me, I had no idea as to what I was about to find. Because of the complex nature of this situation, I am forced to narrow down the scope. For this article, I am only looking at the potentially illegal activity, alongside posting the evidence. There is one exception to this: a photograph that is claimed to be revenge/chil porn. For obvious reasons, we cannot post that image, even blurred. Now, before we dive into this, I will not be using her name. This isn’t for legal reasons, this is a to vile to be formally addressed reason. Let’s dive in.
Hate Speech
While looking into the dox claim I discovered this little gem; this would prove to not be the only incident of hate speech. During a conversation, this “princess” makes it clear that white people are the “superior” race. In another image I obtained, she speaks of traveling to South Korea and obtaining a nuke with the intention of bombing Isreal. Granted, while it may had been a joke, it is also identified as planning a terroristic attack, a felony no person wants. As if potentially plotting a terroristic act wasn’t enough, I had also stumbled upon this image (picture below.)
Though the situation remains unknown, one thing remains clear: there is never an excuse or justification for attacking any person based upon their skin color. But, sadly for me, this rabbit hole wasn’t over yet.
The attack of a child
A 16yo boy had allegedly released some controversial images regarding this woman. Through this act, the police were called, as she claims to have been a minor at the time, the photos were taken. This situation brought forth some questions. For instance, how did this child obtain these images in the first place? As it turns out, she allegedly released them herself.
Here’s where it becomes legal for this woman. Her and her boyfriend called the police on a minor child for releasing these images. Though that is legally a distribution of child porn situation, she was the one who allegedly took the photographs prior to their release. Though it’s never good when images of this nature get out, this is a situation where both her, and this 16yo child, could have been met with some very nasty consequences.
In a conversation, of which we cannot present the image, this wonderful person was involved in a conversation to which a nude image was released. So far, I have seen multiple postings that discuss this being a revenge porn situation, which is also a criminal offense.
Going back to the 16yo child, it appears that the situation for him has degraded, resulting from his action. The thing to remember is the fact he is a child, thinks like a child, and acts like a child. What several adults, and I use that term loosely, have done is nothing short of disgusting.
So far, I have seen doxxing claims, harassment, potential slandering, and outright bullying from these wonderful adults. Let that sink in: adults are terrorizing a child over an impulsive childish act. For me, this was my deciding factor on writing this article. Regardless of what this child has done, bringing fourth a public, and virtual, onslaught against him is absolutely vile. While the woman, to which this article is about, may not be involved with every aspect of this, there are tweets of her fighting with this kid, which could have initiated the targeting.
Message that was sent to a 16yo child from an unknown individual. The threat here, beyond the dox, is an act called “swatting.” This is when you make a false police report, initiating a swat team response. This has not only gotten people killed, it is a felony.
Doxxing
By this point, it should be apparant that doxxing is the “go to” crime for online bullies. In an image, posted below, this young woman is clearly observed promoting the activity, so long as it’s against specific people. Regardless of who the people are, she is still promoting a criminal act.
As if the doxxing of a child weren’t enough, it seems that it’s okay to simply dox anybody they don’t like. There’s just one problem to this. Doxxing can be classified as a form of stalking, not to mention the prison sentence. If you have a good prosecutor, they can stack the cards against you, giving you a hefty sentence. In other words, don’t do it.
This is a very complicated case. While there are many other angles I could tackle, it’s just not possible to do so with one article. What started out as a hostile message toward my team, has taken me down a very interesting rabbit hole of criminal activities. From revenge porn, hate speech, and the bullying of a child, I am glad that this got my attention.
For many people, online privacy is a must. The safety of knowing that strangers can’t simply locate you works as a form of “safety net.” However, what many people are oblivious to, and some learn the hard way, is some information can be obtained even if kept away from the public. One woman, who wishes to remain anonymous, was one who learned this the hard way.
When joining the group, “Kai is crying,” she was completely unaware that the group administrators would be given certain private information. Although her location is hidden from view, the administrators could see this information. While this is not typically an issue, one admin, who is known as Eco_Aquamarine on Twitter, took it upon herself to post a photo, revealing the victims’ location and more.
The post, which publically displayed private information, not visible on the actual profile. Image blurred for privacy reasons.
What lead to this event? Is this a dox? To answer the second question, yes. The information, prior to this post, was hidden from view. This means that nobody, aside the account holder, was able to view it. While it was made visible to the administrators of this group, it was still hidden from the general public eye. While this admin did not seek out the information, she did willfully make it public. We can further establish this as doxxing by simply looking at the definition:
“Doxing, or doxxing (from “dox“, abbreviation of documents), is the Internet-based practice of researching and publicly broadcasting private or identifying information (especially personally identifying information) about an individual or organization”
By this very definition, we can establish the case that the administrator of, “Kai is crying,” did commence in a form of doxxing; the only aspect lacking is the research. Now, what lead to this situation?
As it turns out, Eco allegedly has an issue with a Youtuber who goes by Edwin. The situation is alleged to involve him displaying the group in one of his videos. When the victim tried to join, it is believed that the admin thought he had sent her. The doxxing victim, who was an innocent bystander, was thrusted into a feud purely because of paranoia.
Sent to a relative of the victim, we see the response that was considered a threat. It turns out to be a mistyping of an actual group, on Facebooks’, name.
The dox, which was conducted due to a percieved threat, was actually misguided. The response that was so threatning, turned out to be an actual group on Facebook. However, the victim made the mistake of typing the name wrong. For the assailant, this only further destroys her “justification” behind her action. Through our contact, we learned that an apology was issued for the dox. Now, I plan to shred that apology.
An apology is an act of remorse, something given for an accident or a mistake. While Eco did issue one, there were several issues with it. First off, what she did was no accident or mistake. She willfully blasted this individuals’ information for the world to see. Second, while she essentially claimed ignorance in the apology, another tweet we obtained states it was out of retaliation.
Here, we a clip from the apology issued by the admin in question. The justification for why private informati
In the images above is the apology and the justification behind why the private information was made public. The administrator admits that she considered editing out the private details. However, she opted not to. With malicious intent, she blasted these details for all to see, simply due to the alleged actions of another person. For the victim, joining this group quickly became a nightmare. Our platform has given information regarding her rights legally, she is aware that she may take legal action against this woman, known as Eco. Perhaps in the future, this young woman will think twice before releasing the private information of another person.
This article isn’t like the ones we typically write. Instead, this is a basic guide into handling a dox threat, as well as handling the situation after a dox. My platform, and myself, aren’t new to this. In 2017, while facing a three year smear campaign, I had been doxxed, alongside my family. Needless to say, I have had plenty of time to prepare for another round.
Initial threat
If you have never been through something like this before, the mere threat of being doxxed can be a very serious element to contend to. Having your information made publically available, without your consent, not only places you in potential danger, but those around you as well.
Rather or not the dox happened, you must remain calm. Remember, if you go into a panic, you aren’t able to think clearly and therefore miss potential evidence.
Collect Evidence
Always keep a record of the evidence. The more you have, the easier it is to prove. If the would-be doxxer is broadcasting his intentions, screencap it. The same goes if they are bragging about past doxxings. Remember, doxxing can be a felony, it can have added charges such as stalking, and you cannot afford to not have enough evidence.
Find Support
In most cases, pertaining doxxing, the individual has a history of the behavior. With that in mind, finding former victims, who have been threatened or doxxed, may be critical. The reason for this is it demonstrates a past behavior. In the law enforcement field, the past behaviors will often dictate those of the future.
Centralize
As you collect evidence, especially from other victims, find a way to centralize it. By having it in one location, law enforcement is able to get to it mich more quickly. In the case of Vincent Nicotra, we have a gallery for this very purpose.
Statements
This is especially essential when reporting it to law enforcement, links provided below. Having a written, or typed, statement will allow you to summarize without the pressure. If going to the police with a prewritten statement, always be sure to sign the end of it.
Reporting
In cases to which there are multiple victims, this maybe a challenge. When reporting, and using other victim names, try to be accurate. If you do not know their real names, try using an alias they are known by. For example:
Youtuber: John Doe
Though it isn’t their actual name, it does give law enforcement a means of contacting the individual. So who do you report these crimes to?
First off, you want to start with your local law enforcement agency, this begins the legal trail. If all they can do is take a report, that’s fine, don’t be discouraged, you are making a trail that dhows you have reported the situation. Now, once you do this, you may file an ic3 report.
An ic3 report, as it’s commonly called, is the cybercrime division of the FBI. By this point, you would had hopefully collected the evidence needed, should they ask for it. However, it never hurts to mention, within your report, other victims, centralized evidence location (if applicable,) and any information you may know regarding the doxxer.
Earlier this year, people witnessed the moment journalist, Chris Hansen, terminated his web designer, Vincent Nicotra. The termination was a result of countless unethical behaviors that ranged from false DMCA claims to doxxing. While you would think the lesson would had been clear, it appears that Nicotra is back to doxxing.
Nicotra implying that she was doxxed. Being that he posted this, implies he had it done, or did it himself.
Doxxing
Doxxing is a common method for obtaining personal information about a targeted individual. If used to harass the target, doxxing can be classified as a form of stalking, one of many reasons it is illegal. Illegal doxxing is the method of obtaining personal information and posting it online with malicious intent, exactly what Vincent has a history of doing.
Due to the nature and legalities of doxxing, social media sites have options for reporting this behavior. Twitters’, for instance, can be found here. Beyond going to social media, a victim can report these crimes to agencies such as the FBI. Information on this can be found here.
With each dox Vincent continues on innocent people, it is obvious that he either doesn’t care about the legal effects or is completely oblivious to them. The facts are simple, in a case such as this:
What Vincent is doing is illegal.
His doxxing can be classified as stalking, especially since he has doxxed some people several times.
Vincent can go to prison for these crimes.
Being that most of his victims are spread throughout several states, he could face felony charges.
While it is unlikely that Vincent will ever stop without legal involvement, we still issue this article as a warning to him. Furthermore, we present this article with the hopes that his victims are able to get the justice they deserve.
It is, without say, that articles go along way. However, evidence goes even further. We have decided to make another gallery, documenting Nicotra’s unethical, and potentially illegal, behaviors. This, like the Onision gallery, will be updated as needed.
UPDATE: We would like to thank everybody who has posted images. It is through this, we were/are able to collect evidence in the hopes it will finally bring justice to those targeted by Vincent Nicotra.
The “Hansen vs. Predators” site before and after pics. The photo of the post is in regards to an “auction” Vincent held for the site. However, we now believe that to be a false claim. It appears, that upon hikacking the website, Nicotra rerouted it to the lawfirm, owned by his sister.
Upon being banned from one page, our journalist took it upon himself to leave a review; Nicotra wasted no time in replying and banning our journalist, yet again. We are, however, going to prove that the statements mentioned are not false. The other images show false DMCA claims filed by Nicotra, as well as videos discussing them.
Keeping with his trend, Vincent has continued to smear the public image of his former employer, Chris Hansen. However, this time, he (un)skillfully attacked the Onision victims. You can also see the exchange between the journalist and Nicotra. Nicotra made a few insults against him prior to blocking.
Photos of an alleged soc account operated by Nicotra. This has yet to be confirmed by us as of this time. The other photo is of Sarah, discussing how Vincent lied to her in regards to a laptop that contsined evidence against Onision.
A text exchange between Nicotra and Sarah regarsing the computer. Another post made by the alleged soc account of Nicotra, sharing what many would consider to be a sexist meme. We have also included an exhange to which the soc account gives credit to Nicotra while slamming Hansen. This does support the possibility that Nicotra is operating this soc account.
