The James Saroka case

My years of journalism has brought me across many vile people. With these people, I believed that I had seen the worst of society, as I have learned, I would be proven wrong. Our team stumbled upon James (Jim) Saroka by mere circumstance. While many have already begun investigating into this man, we conducted our own investigation. The results, thus far, are condensed within this article. I have also began collecting evidence in hopes of criminal charges being filed on Saroka.

Operating scams, lewd acts with minors, physical and emotional abuse are just a few of the accusations Saroka has against him. As with anybody accused of such things, we began the process of compiling information. We first researched his organization, “Feetpeace,” his Youtube estimated income, and evidence to support the lewd accusations. The internet has not failed to provide.

Abuse accusations

Several Youtubers have covered this, and other subjects already. The videos that captured my attention, were made by two individuals known as “Digital Goon” and “Repzion.” The videos show various uploads from Saroka which outline the abuse. They can be found here and here. The videos outline, in depth, the abusive nature of Saroka.

Within his many uploads, Saroka admits to physically abusing his girlfriend, Kaitlyn. While this is an arrestable offense, the abuse doesn’t end there. In multiple videos, he berates, degrades, emotionally abuses, and uses many other forms of manipulation tactics on her. While discussing these things in his various videos, not only is he proud of his actions, he appears to be proud of the attention he gets from it. Below, we have included financial stats from his Youtube channel.

The abuse isn’t just toward his girlfriend, however. There have been reports of Saroka sending lewd videos to children. In one video, allegedly sent to a girl around the age of 12-14, he is accused to have been masturbating. While this video has not been found, or confirmed, edited photos have begun to circulate the Twitter feed. One such image is below.

Provided to us by an anonymous source, this is allegedly what was sent to a child.

With the image above, a source sent us an offical statement. That statement reads as follows:

“He was a part of our youth group (bc he used to believe in God but now I’m pretty sure he believes he is God?) (ALSO I knew him bc he was one of my friends cousins) but anyway, we tried to include him in our group and such, he was a little off but never as crazy as he is now. I studied psychology in college and my theory is that he always had some type of underlying bipolar disorder, but that typically doesn’t come out until your late teens early 20’s BESIDES THE POINT. BUT he took a liking to my best friend and we were all just trying to be friends with him. I don’t remember how it got to this point but he ended up sending her a voicemail poem but it was very creepy, and it ended with us waking up dead. He said he was going to kill us all. Obviously as young teenage girls, we were freaked out so since it wasn’t something that we could go to the cops with (so we thought) bc it wasn’t actual assault, we called our pastor since this POS was acting like the actual devil. The pastor contacts him and invited him to meet up just to talk to him (since he also has a background in Psych) and just to see where his head is at and if any other actions needed to be taken. When they met up, they were talking and everything was fine and James just freaked out and attacked him. Started choking him and stuff. So of course he called the police and filed a restraining order.”

Feetpeace and scams

As if abusing his girlfriend wasn’t bad enough, the criminal activity doesn’t end there. Over the years, Saroka has made a profitable career of operating scams. The scams, which often are operated by his organization, “feetpeace international,” are directed toward helping other people. What we have learned is, at no point, has the people ever recieved any money from him. So where the money go?

Saroka often creates “donation campaigns.” Through sites, such as GoFundMe, he raises money for people in need. However, the money is actually going to James Saroka, not the targeted individual. Because his campaigns are so questionable, we began looking into the organization itself.

Using several governments sites, we ran a nationwide search for “feetpeace” and “feetpeace international.” The results came back with a message stating that no such organization could be found. This means that his organization does not exist legally. With this information, we as a platform, recognize his organization as another one of his scams.

The search results from the IRS.gov site.

For many, these scams have not gone unnoticed. We found reports, on a variety of sites, that discuss Saroka, his organization, and his scams. One site, picutred below, had reports going back to 2017. This only furthered our questions as to why he has yet to be criminally charged. While assaulting his girlfriend would most likely not be a felony, these scams would be.

One of his victims, Josh (42,) was scammed out of $60+ thousand. As he paid off Saroka’s debt, while raising his own, it was clear that this vulnerable man was paying with his health. When comparing two photos of Josh, it is apparant that after meeting Saroka, he had sacrificed food for himself.

Currently, we have reached out to Sugarloaf police department for comment. Though to date, we have not recieved a statement, we remain hopeful of obtaining one. In our inquery, we asked them about the fact no charges have ever been filed against Saroka. Should we get a response, this paragraph will be edited to reflect that.

In my years of journalism, I have come across a variety of predators and abusers. While all of them are vile, none compare to the level in which James Saroka has obtained. This man exceeds anything I have ever seen from any predator before, preying on people in multiple ways. Worst yet, this article only covered a fraction of what this pitiful excuse for a man has done. We plan to stay on this, working to get legal action taken against Saroka. Until that time, this article is the best we can do.

Joining a group leads to doxxing

For many people, online privacy is a must. The safety of knowing that strangers can’t simply locate you works as a form of “safety net.” However, what many people are oblivious to, and some learn the hard way, is some information can be obtained even if kept away from the public. One woman, who wishes to remain anonymous, was one who learned this the hard way.

When joining the group, “Kai is crying,” she was completely unaware that the group administrators would be given certain private information. Although her location is hidden from view, the administrators could see this information. While this is not typically an issue, one admin, who is known as Eco_Aquamarine on Twitter, took it upon herself to post a photo, revealing the victims’ location and more.

The post, which publically displayed private information, not visible on the actual profile. Image blurred for privacy reasons.

What lead to this event? Is this a dox? To answer the second question, yes. The information, prior to this post, was hidden from view. This means that nobody, aside the account holder, was able to view it. While it was made visible to the administrators of this group, it was still hidden from the general public eye. While this admin did not seek out the information, she did willfully make it public. We can further establish this as doxxing by simply looking at the definition:

“Doxing, or doxxing (from “dox“, abbreviation of documents), is the Internet-based practice of researching and publicly broadcasting private or identifying information (especially personally identifying information) about an individual or organization”

By this very definition, we can establish the case that the administrator of, “Kai is crying,” did commence in a form of doxxing; the only aspect lacking is the research. Now, what lead to this situation?

As it turns out, Eco allegedly has an issue with a Youtuber who goes by Edwin. The situation is alleged to involve him displaying the group in one of his videos. When the victim tried to join, it is believed that the admin thought he had sent her. The doxxing victim, who was an innocent bystander, was thrusted into a feud purely because of paranoia.

Sent to a relative of the victim, we see the response that was considered a threat. It turns out to be a mistyping of an actual group, on Facebooks’, name.

The dox, which was conducted due to a percieved threat, was actually misguided. The response that was so threatning, turned out to be an actual group on Facebook. However, the victim made the mistake of typing the name wrong. For the assailant, this only further destroys her “justification” behind her action. Through our contact, we learned that an apology was issued for the dox. Now, I plan to shred that apology.

An apology is an act of remorse, something given for an accident or a mistake. While Eco did issue one, there were several issues with it. First off, what she did was no accident or mistake. She willfully blasted this individuals’ information for the world to see. Second, while she essentially claimed ignorance in the apology, another tweet we obtained states it was out of retaliation.

Here, we a clip from the apology issued by the admin in question.
The justification for why private informati

In the images above is the apology and the justification behind why the private information was made public. The administrator admits that she considered editing out the private details. However, she opted not to. With malicious intent, she blasted these details for all to see, simply due to the alleged actions of another person. For the victim, joining this group quickly became a nightmare. Our platform has given information regarding her rights legally, she is aware that she may take legal action against this woman, known as Eco. Perhaps in the future, this young woman will think twice before releasing the private information of another person.

Twitter accused of promoting pedophilia

While most social sites, such as Youtube and Facebook, take an aggressive stance against the MAP (Minor Attracted Person) community, Twitter has taken a more obscure approach. It is through this obscurity that questions began to arise, what is Twitter’s stance?

In one section of their TOS, the site claims to have a zero tolerance policy. However, within that same segment, Twitter backtracks this claim. The evidence is pictured below.

Twitter claims, in the image above, to have a zero tolerance policy toward sexual exploitation of children.
Pictured here, Twitter seemingly backsteps their “zero tolerance” policy.

The two images, in many ways, contradict one another. Twitter states they have a zero tolerance policy. Immediately after stating this, they claim discussions related to child exploitation is not a policy violation so long as it doesn’t promote the act. That opens up a pandora’s box. Aside from speaking against the act, how does one talk about it and not glorify it? This also leads to questions regarding the MAP community, who thrive on Twitter with no reprecussion to what they tweet.

Twitters “child exploitation” policy, at best, is vague in this regard. If you have a zero tolerance policy, than that should mean zero tolerance. With the exceptions that the site has allowed, they are claiming a zero tolerance policy that isn’t really a zero tolerance. The exceptions leave many loopholes opened, and it’s abundantly clear. When reporting these MAP accounts, we almost never see any reaction from Twitter. When there is a reaction, it usually ends with a few tweets being removed while the account continues to thrive. The policy boils down to incompetence, wreckless, and lacks any sort of thought as to how it should be implimented.

P4P targets journalist

If you ask any journalist they will most likely tell you, “journalism isn’t an easy job.” This is especially true when it comes to reporting on predators and scammers. Journalist, Meko Haze of discuss global, has been reporting on the lengthy criminal activities of the 501(c)4, “Punished for Protecting (P4P.) While we have, in the past, covered articles on this very organization, we have never gotten the backlash that he has endured.

P4P alleges that they are an advocacy group. Desperate families, who utilize their services, quickly learn that this “nonprofit” organization is anything but nonprofit. With excessive fees, that range into the thousands, families are given false hope and misinformation by this group; that is just the tip of this iceberg.

The information provided to these families falls into the category of “sovereign citizenship.” If you are unfamiliar with what this is, here is a brief explanation. In short, they believe in “God’s law.” They do not recognize any laws passed by the courts, and are recognized by the government as being a terrorist group. P4P had been exposed countless times for spreading this sort of information, alongside false affadavits. This is where our article picks up, regarding Meko Haze.

Following what is clearly his moral convictions, Meko began a campaign of sharing information. The information discussed how P4P’s founder, Francesca Amato, alongside several others, were breaking multiple laws. Unlike our platform, Meko did get retaliation. While most of it has been the typical nonsense we journalists deal with daily, the group decided to step it up a level.

The accused initially claimed that the journalist was, in fact, paid by CPS to derail their movement. We have found nothing that proves the claim. What we did find, sadly, is the claims didn’t end there. Other claims included child trafficking, pedophilia, and even being a fraud himself exist. This failed to silence Meko.

Earlier tonight, I watched a live video broadcasted by Meko. The video took a rather disturbing turn when Robert Slaven, boyfriend of Amato, joined the comments. Though being given multiple oppurtunities to call-in live and be interviewed, Slaven declined. Instead, he left a variety of comments that contained implied threats of bodily harm against the journalist.

While it was clear that Slaven intended to proclaim innocence of the various crimes, some being felonies, his actions only further harmed that notion. Another fact that has harmed them stems from the families they claim to have helped. We have seen cases in which the families spoke against the organization. One such case came from overseas. While a relative lives in the States, P4P took $5000 from an elderly couple. Worst of all, it didn’t stop there. After violating a “stay at home” order, due to the SARS-CoV-2 situation, the organization demanded an additional $3000 from the couple.

With the nation being in a state of shutdown, including courts, this leads me to not only ask, “why did they really go to California?” But also, “where did the money really go?” It is estimated that a trip to California, from New York, would only cost around $1000. This meams, if they really went as they claim, there is a lot of money unaccounted for.

This is the same conclusion, Meko had come to. The same conclusion that has gotten him threats of bodily harm from alleged P4P representatives. Beyond that, it has also gotten the police called.

Recently, Meko attempted to reach out to Amato, using the number she claims is for her organization. After answering the phone as her organization, Meko speaks. At this point, she tells him to never call her personal phone again, insults him, and abruptly disconnects the call. This call lead her to file a police report against the journalist. This report brings about a few problems, however.

To start, by answering the phone as your organization, she is not claiming it as a personal number, as she attempted to claim. Furthermore, by filing the report with police, she is willfully making a false accusation. To be a legitimate claim, he would of had to call her personal number. Since he made the call during a live video, her claim can be easily disproven, and I hold no doubt that it will be.

There is a fine line between harassing a journalist and outright conducting in criminal activity against one. When that line is crossed, it is time for accountability. I have no doubt that Meko has already gathered evidence to use in court, nor do I doubt his integrity. What I do doubt, is an organization, that claims to be for children, exploiting families and bullying those who speak out. Both of these are actions P4P are guilty of. If you would like to read more on this organizations, articles are linked below.

Recently, the ‘Director of sales and Marketing,’ Lindsay Catherine Lorence, recieved backlash after posting, “We’ve got all the essentials! Stop by Treasure Point or hit me up! 206 Marine Drive, Anderson. 765.643.5822.” The backlash stems after it was discovered that she, acting on behalf of her business, ‘Treasure Point,’ had apparantly bought out available supplies at other local retailers before allegedly price gouging the items for resell.

The post, which amounted to a lot of controversy, shows that the small business may have been hoarding the items.

The above shown items bring even more question due to the fact the store is listed as being a ‘car stereo’ and ‘motorsports’ retailer. However, predatorial business practices, post the SARS-CoVID-2, outbreak, aren’t unheard of.

Recently, there was public outcry when a Tennesse resident began stockpiling supplies for resell on Amazon. In the end, he was forced to donate the items, currently faces charges for price gouging, and had his items removed from the site.

When looking at ‘Treasure Point’s’ previous images, we found no indication that the store, prior to the outbreak, ever carried the items they are now accused of gouging. For this reason, and due to the outcry, we reached out to the store for comment. Currently, we have gotten no response.

Sadly, unethical practices such as this are becoming all to common. For Indiana residents, the state to which this store is located, a consumer complaint can be filed with the following telephone numbers: 1.800.382.5516 or 317.232.6330. Alternatively, an online complaint can be made here.

Craig Burdine: death or cover-up?

Sometime ago, an individual had asked us to look into the 2007 shooting of Craig Burdine. After putting this on the back-burner, debating rather or not to release this article, we have decided to focus on solely on the evidence, as we had seen it.

Craig Burdine was an individual with a criminal history dating back to the 1990’s. These charges ranged from assaulting officers to drugs. However, in 2007, things took a fatal detour for troubled man. During an arrest, police claim that Burdine had assaulted the officers, including spitting. Regardless of this, officers were able to make the arrest. Once in jail, the situation had taken a drastic turn.

Shortly after arriving, Burdine, in video, is seen gasping for air. During this time, several officers are seen entering/exiting the room, though it is unknown as to what transpired. While the video, which can be seen here, does have audio, several portions of the audio seemingly vanish, leaving only video.

For some, the video is enough. However, the audio mysteriously vanishing leaves a lot of questions. For starters, why does the audio seemingly vanish at certain points? What was said during this time? And, most importantly, did the police purposefully omit these segments of audio? We know that the chances of the audio simply “glitching” are slim to none. Because of this, we currently presume that the video had been altered. We had attempted to make contact with the facility but never got a response.

When the audio does return, it is apparant that burdine’s situation had become more severe. Paramedics arrive at the facility in attempt to assess and assist with the situation. Because there is no photage from within the room, we can only speculate as to how paramedics approached this critical situation. What we do know, from the prosecutor’s report, is Burdine was apparantly not the only death; this, in our opinion, raises suspisions. While we aren’t going to go into detail, regarding the report, you may view it here.

In the report, it does state that 48 arrests were made that night, with two deaths. The report names these other deaths as Joseph Hammond and Larry Sanders. While it is strange for so many deaths to occur in a single night, it isn’t evidence of the police being at fault. Of course, thus far, we have been unable to obtain many documents that we know exists surrounding these, and Burdine’s, deaths. In 2009, the Burdine family filed a lawsuit against the department. In the suit they accuse the police for being at fault. However, this case would be dismissed due to the statute of limitations expiring

Aside from what we are able to see and hear, it is unclear as to what transpired in the cell. What we do know is Burdine did have a criminal history, he was arrested, and for reasons unknown, he would die after being taken to jail. The fact that there seems to be no actual video from within the room is alarming. Generally, one officer has a camera specifically for recording situations like this. However, at no point, does it appear any officer had possession of one. With this, we can only hope that someday the full truth is revealed. Should this happen, we will update this article. Until that time, there is little more that we can say in regards to Craig Burdine, the jail, and the police.

The DOC articles update

It’s been awhile since we’ve touched on this subject. Within those articles, we had withheld the identification of our source, and will continue to do so. However, we have been granted permission to release the name of the facility to which the articles discussed. If you need a “refresher,” the articles can be found here, here, and here.

As you may recall, we spoke of how the whistleblower had gone months without employment, a common trend among those who speak out against law enforcement. In recent times, even members of our platform have recieved messages from people alleging to be former employees, thoug some of their profiles state they are current officers.

The articles, to which we spoke of, derived from an correctional facility out of Oklahoma. Mabel Bassett Correctional center has a long history of alleged cover-up as well as corruption among the officers. Beyond this, there are many other accusations regarding the facility. In one review, the individual alleges,

It’s infested with mole, kitchen has roaches and medical is the worst. An inmate received notice from medical that she was exposed to HEPATITIS A and medical refused to give her the vaccine, so now how many inmates have been effected in this facility????

Other accusations, some to which had been confirmed, range from officers refusing to stop fights to a potential cover-up of a death (unconformed.)

While this article is a basic update, that isn’t what caught my attention. As stated, members of our team had gotten some messages from an alleged former officer. Recapping one of the messages, the individual wrote, “I got a random message not long ago asking about the place and I looked at the reviews and saw ur comment.” When asking about the comment, I was informed that he had no memory of writing anything regarding the facility, and so we looked.

Searching on Google reviews and Facebook, it would appear that the statement was, in fact partially true. There was a comment left on Facebook, an oversight perhaps. Upon showing the member the screenshot, he did recall it, stating it was to bring awareness for those negatively effected by this place. However, the messaging person wanted information about our whistleblower. Details we cannot, and will not provide.

WoC has had a long standing policy of not revealing sources. Should the individual contact me for this information, I will be obligated into citing our policy to them. This protects our sources and prevents potential retaliation. Over the years, we have learned many things. One of these things is nobody ever asks for sources without having a reason. While the reason may very well be for information, as a platform we have an obligation to protect them; we simply can’t maintain trust and credibility if we reveal those who trust us to withold their identities.

This article isn’t much, just an update with some other details. Unless we get something more critical, we are planning to end fiture updates regarding this facility here. While we still haven’t revealed some information, such as the name of the captain, it’s not due to the lack of knowledge. In fact, we using nothing more than a lastname, we were able to find the captain on Facebook. The rest of the information is being stored away for the “just in case” factor. While we hope to never need to, we will only do another article if the facility does any future retaliation against our sources.

Dahvie Vanity: the abuse discussed

Recently, it seems that there are many things coming out regarding internet celebrities. However, lead singer for the band, ‘Blood on the dancefloor,’ Dahvie Vanity has had accusations floating around him for years. Though the abuse and rapes are coming to light now, this isn’t the first time it’s been highlighted.

Vanity began his career as an internet sensation. In the days of Myspace, his music quickly appealed to the youth, which placed him into the perfect position for exploitation. For many of his fans, he was an idol. However, not every girl kept that aspect of innocence. Vanity, according to many, made a point of targeting young girls who were already vulnerable. Some came from broken homes, others were emotionally vulnerable, all of these children were made victims by this predator.

The singers’ victims include Dianna Farrell (2007,) and the infamous Jessi Slaughter (2010.) However, there are dozens of other young women who have come forward regarding his sexual abuse. The most disturbing aspect, to all of this, is the fact Dahvie has yet to be held accountable. Although he has had encounters with law enforcement, he seems to only get a “slap on the wrist,” in one instance, a mere warning. How is this possible?

While there are two alleged investigations pending, one has to question the police, who allowed this man to walk free. In the past, Vanity had a method for silencing his victims. Writing songs about some victims, bullying them, or even sending his die-hard fans to torment them, it ensured their silence. After the rape of ‘Jessi Slaughter,’ those of us around at the time, witnessed the horrific bullying she endured. This including doxxing, death threats, phone calls, and so fourth. At the age of 12, she made an apology video, potentially under duress from Vanity and his fans. In this video, she apologizes for accusing him of rape; it was at that moment, he had won her silence.

His abuse, once exposed initially, had cost him tours, band members quitting, even friendships. Ironically, however, it didn’t appear to affect his following much. In recent times, he has made a “new” start on Facebook. His Blood on the dancefloor page remains highly active with frequent postings. This presents a problem. First, let’s talk about Facebook’s TOS.

According to the terms of service a convicted sex offender cannot have an account. This means, that should he ever face justice, Facebook would be required to disable his accounts. Because he’s not convicted, the said problem arises, one that could had been avoided if law enforcement had done their job. With over one million followers, Dahvie Vanity, currently, has access to countless teens. Through this, there are thousands of potential new victims. While Chris Hansen has taken on his investigation, it may do little in swaying Vanity’s followers. Given past ordeals involving those who expose Vanity, it may only serve to enrage them into defending their fallen idol.

Corey Feldman accused of filing copyright claim

Corey Feldman, child actor turned activist, had released a documentary, ‘My truth: the rape of two Corey’s.’ Among the diehard Feldman fans, the documentary was highly appraised, however, that’s where the applause ends. For others, it was viewed as a ‘circus act’ poorly constructed. For many, the documentary left more questions than answers, some even claimed that it hadn’t really proven the sexual abuse claims, and then there is the ‘money grab’ accusation, which we will get into a bit.

As stated, Feldman had released a documentary. His explanation behind it was to ‘expose the pedophile elites in Hollywood.’ However, the documentary, according to multiple sources, only names one; hence the start of the many questions. We were unable to see the documentary in full, but from what one of our team did see, Feldman spoke of a childhood masturbation session. It was, at this point, he stopped watching.

The fact the documentary fails to actually name anybody within this “elite group,” has lead many to believe that the documentary was a ploy for cash and not truth, as Feldman claimed. They back this claim with the fact that Feldman, if he were about truth, would had made the documentary open for all to see. However, what he did do is stamp a $20.00 per view to it. Now, we can continue diving into this documentary, but we have a DMCA to discuss.

Recently, journalist Meko Haze (Discuss Global,) did a multi-livestream. Within this livestream, he watched, and commentated on Feldman’s documentary. While this does fall under ‘fair use,’ since it was clearly done for commentary purposes, Feldman, and his publishing group, apparantly disagreed. So, let’s clear this up, was it copyright infringement?

When looking up the definition to ‘fair use commentary,’ we got this: “

fair use is any copying of copyrighted material done for a limited and “transformative” purpose, such as to comment upon, criticize, or parody a copyrighted work. Such uses can be done without permission from the copyright

This means, that because the journalist had clearly acted in this regard, it was not a copyright infringement, as Feldman claimed in his DMCA report. It also enforces the belief that the DMCA was only filed because the platform, “Discuss,” was critical of his work, as any journalist would be. While the video has been removed from Youtube, it can still be viewed here.

Notation: Should we obtain a copy of the DMCA claim, we will include it in this article.

Did Kay Ivey just trash her political career?

As we recently reported, the state of Alabama was set to carry out a highly contraversial execution. Nathaniel Woods, who is believed by many to have been innocent of the 2004 fatal shootings of three police officers, was put to death just days ago. However, this has not gone without backlash.

According to another individual, who was present the night the shooting occured, Woods had actually began to flee when the shooting erupted. He further had stated that Woods was completely unarmed that night. While this other individual had taken credit for being the shooter, this had no affect on the choice to continue with the execution.

Immediately resulting from this contraversial decision, the Facebook page of Kay Ivey has seen an endless birage of hate and anger. Comments calling the Governor a “racist,” demands for her removal, and even requests that she simply die demonstrate the rage of the people. While executions do happen, it is obvious that the Governor made a very poor choice in this situation, especially the possibility that Woods may had actually been innocent.
