It amazes me as to how this nation has fallen from its origional glory. When I was a child, as with most of you, I read the story about Paul Revere, the American Revolution, and the Civil War and was amazed as to what I had learned. You see, the thing that these have in common is they were all about the American people fighting for what they believed to be the right thing to do. Now, when I look at America through the eyes of various articles I read, I am reminded as to how complacent we have become. We went from being a nation ran by the people to a being one ran by major corporations who have deep pockets. The worst part of this is the fact our Government has become nothing more than minions for them; it is something that makes me sick to the stomach.
War on Corruption (my Facebook page) has seen a lot of horrible things since it was first founded. Evidence supporting the stance that we are now living in a police state being among them. One of the goals I had set for myself is awareness. For to long, we the people, have been ignorant of the crimes being commited by our own Government. We ignore them saying, “Well, it’s not like I can do anything about it.” I say you’re full of it (hence why I marked it out.) The problem isn’t that we CAN’T do anything about it, the problem is we WON’T! I have advocated for years this one concept of awareness because I believe that if we are aware of what is going on in D.C. than we can rise against it.
But where do we start? Well, to that question there is no basic answer. You have groups like Anonymous who are a great resource for activist. Me? I started War on Corruption in which I display corrupted Police officers and other Government officials; Hell, you can say I highlight them. You see, the place we start or how we start isn’t what’s important. The thing that matters is where we take it once we start.
I call this post “Single Nation War” because I see a country that is literally in war with itself. The activists are rising against Obama and his corrupted laws and they are rising up against us by spreading fear. For example, it was brought to my attention just yesterday that the Government is now stating that if your child is showing signs of aggression they might be gearing up to be a terrorist. It’s this type of bullshit that I want to stop! If you’re child beats the hell out of another kid, that doesn’t make them a terrorist… In reality, the Government calls everybody “terrorists” because they, in fact, are the terrrorists. As the old saying goes, “the Government hates competition.” Perhaps this is real motivation behind the fear?
